We wish to inform you that the registration procedure could be on-line and off-line. It will be possible on-site registration in the Secretariat Desk during the Congress.

The registration fee for participants includes the following:
  • Admittance to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
  • Admittance to all sessions
  • Congress documentation and Abstract book
  • Certificate of Attendance
  • Coffee and refreshments during official Congress breaks
  • The Conference dinner
  • One excursion to Ourense city

The registration fee for Accompanying persons includes the following:

  • Admittance to the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

  • One excursion to Ourense city

Methods of Payment

All payments should be made in euros without charges for the beneficiary. Please note that the late registration fee will apply for any payment received after the stated deadlines. Confirmation letters and payment invoices will only be sent after receipt of the appropriate fees.

MASTERCARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards are accepted. On-line payments will be processed via a secure payment page on the Congress on-line webpage.

Currency

All Congress fees are calculated in Euros €. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform accordingly the Congress Organizing Bureau in order to avoid being charged with the late registration fee.

Confirmation of participation

As soon as the appropriate fees have been received, participants will receive a confirmation letter of the relevant bookings. Participants are kindly requested to present their registration confirmation letter upon check-in at the Registration Desk, operating at the Conference Centre during the Congress.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration should be made writing to the Congress Organizing Bureau.
For cancellations received before September 30th, 2016, 50% of the fee, will be refunded.
No refund will be possible thereafter. All refunds will be made within two months after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted.
